The Count of Monte Cristo

A huge book with a complex plot and amazing character development spread over more than 1200 pages.

Somehow, Alexandre Dumas keeps it fast paced and invigorating throughout.

This is a true masterpiece of historical fiction and I totally recommend it.

It's been around 30 years since I read this book and I intend to read it again one day as it's possibly one of the greatest books of all time.
