The Tesseract
by
Alex Garland

Thriller, Fiction
Richard Alex Jenkins
After writing The Beach two years earlier, Alex Garland decided to cash in on his newly found fame and success with The Tesseract, which I eagerly lapped up like zillions of others did.
Unfortunately, it's an unmemorable read and condemned to the also-rans trash can as a book for Alex Garland fans only.
I remember absolutely zilch about it other than how average it was, but is still worth mentioning and critiquing to emphasize what a stellar and gripping read The Beach is in comparison.
